The Catacombs:

The Catacombs of Kom El Shuqafa is an extensive collection of remarkably decorated tombs dated back to the Roman Period and it's regarded as one of the Wonders of the Middle Ages. It was believed that the enchanting tombs of the site belong to a prominent Roman family that used them for burials starting from the 2nd century AD.

The Pompey's Pillar:

The Pompey's Pillar is a Roman triumphal column located in Alexandria and it was created to honor Augustus Diocletian. It's the largest memorial column in Egypt, made from red granite and it towers around 28 meters tall.

The Citadel of Qaitbey:

The Citadel of Qaitbey consider is the safe guardian of the Mediterranean which Sultan Qaitbey had planned and established in the 14th century to the defensive line of Alexandria against the attacks of the Ottomans. Qaitbey had chosen the location of the citadel to be in the same place as the Legendary Lighthouse of Alexandria which had damaged in the 14th century by earthquakes.
