TIE is seriously the best! The manager, Ahmed, truly cares about his guests and is all about customer service and making sure his guests are satisfied. Our tour guide was Ismail and he is the man! He is extremely knowledgeable about Egyptian history and was very good company. He was also very mindful of giving us time to explore and take pictures ourselves as well. We did the Pyramids tour and it is invaluable to have an AC-ed car that follows you around in the hot weather. At the Egyptian museum, it was very useful to have a guide given a lot of the things were not labeled that well so it was helpful to have someone explain to us– definitely made it more meaningful. We also visited the old Cairo landmarks such as cairo citadel
