Day One

Early morning, our representative will meet you at your hotel in Aswan and transfer you to the train station to board the 1st class train to Luxor. At Luxor Railway Station, you will meet your private tour guide then start your Luxor day trip by visiting:

Valley of the Kings:

On the west side of the Nile, there is a magnificent complex of 63 tombs of the kings and the members of the ruling families of Ancient Egypt is Valley of the kings and it's the most common incredible collection of notorious ancient monuments and burial chambers. The site was found in 1922 by Howard Carter and it turned into a World Heritage Site in 1979.

Hatshepsut Temple:

It's dedicated to the Great Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most famous and successful rulers and the only female pharaoh in Ancient Egypt history. She ruled the country for 22 years (1470-1758 BC) and her reign was a flourishing period in trade, economy, and architecture that's why her mortuary temple was one of the best well preserved monumental structures.

Colossi of Memnon:

On the west bank of the Nile, you will meet two majestic twin sculptures of Amenhotep III "Colossi of Memnon" and two little statues for his wife and his mother. The two main statues, each towering 60 feet tall are sitting at the entrance of the Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III. Have lunch at a Nile view restaurant then you'll visit

Karnak Temple:

Karnak Temple is located on the east side of the Nile River which dated back to 2055 BC, it consists of a number of chapels, temples, and other buildings. It was mainly constructed as a cult temple for the worship of the gods Amun, Khonsu, and Mut. The complex is too large to stand over 200 acres so many tourists prefer to visit it in a full day so that they can cover the entire site. Check-in 5* hotel in Luxor and overnight

Giza Pyramids Complex:

No memorable visit in Egypt is more impressive than the Pyramids of Giza, it's one of the most recognizable monumental sites in history where you will be in direct contact with three enchanting pyramids dated back to the reign of the 4th dynasty and Giza Plateau is the home of these pyramids which attracts adventurers and travelers from all over the world. What is remarkable about Giza Pyramids is that they are not at the same size; the largest pyramid is dedicated to King Cheops and it was served as the hideout of the king's treasures and his mummy.

The Legendary Sphinx:

Another significant element at Giza Pyramids Complex which is a massive sculpture of a human-headed lion constructed upon the order of Pharaoh Chephren and many myths believed that its head indicated to the king himself. What's unrecognizable till today is that how the Sphinx gained its name and what it means. However, most historians indicated that "Sphinx" is a Greek word that means the living image.

The Valley Temple:

The Valley Temple sacred is also located at Giza Pyramids Complex and it's a funerary temple used for King Khafre and his family members. It's a very common spot at Giza Plateau which attracts many visitors and it shows how important is the 4th dynasty in the development of Egyptian architecture.

The Egyptian Museum:

It's too hard to miss the Egyptian Museum while you are in Cairo. This centrally located museum was opened in 1902 and it was mainly set up to house the ancient Egyptian artifacts, so you will have an appointment with an endless selection of magical antiquities including the contents of King Tutankhamen's tomb. You will catch your flight to Aswan and we will drive you back to your hotel.
